Course Overview

A server is a computer or program that "manages access to a centralized resource or service in a network." Its primary function is to facilitate or directly provide some action or actions that meet the needs of a "client." Microsoft technology is central to a wide swath of the world's servers, so you can enter the field, or refine your knowledge and sharpen your skills, by jumping into the Microsoft suite of server certifications. The entry point to this realm would be to become a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). To earn this credential one must successfully complete the following certifications:

1. Microsoft 70-740

2. Microsoft 70-741

3. Microsoft 70-742

Course Description

Networking course makes you gain valuable experience with networking features and functionality available in Windows Server 2016. It covers DNS, DHCP, and IPAM implementations, in addition to remote access solutions, such as VPN and Direct Access. It also covers DFS and BranchCache solutions, high performance network features and functionality, and implementation of software-defined networking (SDN) solutions, such as Hyper-V Network Virtualization (HNV) and Network Controller.

Module 6 : Routing and Remote Access (RRAS)

Module 7 : Direct Access (DA)

Module 8 : Network Poilcy server (NPS)

Module 9 : Distributed File System (DFS) and Branchcache

Module 10 : High Performance Network Solutions

Module 11 : Implement Software-Defined Network (SDN)

The certificate issued for the Course will have the student's Name, Photograph, Course Title, Certificate number, Date of course completion and the name(s) and logo(s) of the Certifying Bodies. Only the e-certificate will be made available. No Hard copies. The certificates can be e-verifiable at www.ulektzskills.com/verify.

Students are required to take online assessments with e-Proctoring.
Students will be assessed both at the end of each module and at the end of the Course.
Students scoring a minimum of 50% in the assessments are considered for Certifications.
