The causes of the common lifestyle disorders are sedentary lifestyle, indulgence in smoking, alcoholism, eating junk food or oily food etc. The epidemiology of lifestyle disorders accentuates the fact that one of the leading cause of heart disease is hyperlipidemia.

This program highlights the necessity to follow lifestyle modifications to decrease the prevalence of lifestyle disorders.
