About the Course

Course Description

Estimation, Specifications & Contracts is the study of Estimation, Rate Analysis, Earth Work Calculation. It also gives detailed information of Contracts, Standard Specification and Detailed Specification.

Objectives

1.Will familiarize about General items of work in Building

2.Will demonstrate Earth Work Calculation

3.Will develop knowledge in Standard specifications for different items of building construction and Detailed Estimates of Buildings using individual wall method & centre line method.

Prerequisite

There is no particular prerequisite to learn Remote Sensing and GIS Applications, you will be able to do very well, if you have these basic skills:

1. Basic Knowledge in civil

2. Good command in Maths and Calculation

3. Good communication skills.
